ROS implements whistleblower system for employees, partners, suppliers and other third parties
Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is a top priority at ROS. Only if we act in accordance with the law and with integrity do we protect our company, our employees and our business partners. But people can make mistakes. That´s why we are introducing an anonymous whistleblowing system:
Violations can be reported confidentially to the system. This includes, for example, violations of applicable laws, our internal ROS code of conduct or other requirements.
In order to guarantee the best possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected, we have set up an external, independent trust office. Our long-standing data protection officer, the company Atarax, will take that part. Atarax will carry out investigations after careful examination of the tip-offs and if there are concrete indications of a rule violation. All information provided will be treated confidentially.
In order to process cases and, if necessary, initiate appropriate investigative measures, follow-up questions with the whistleblower are often necessary. Therefore, it is helpful if the whistleblower is available for further questions, but also can stay anonymous. Tip-offs should be formulated as concretely as possible. The legal duty of confidentiality and the right to refuse to testify ensure that the identity of every whistleblower is protected at all times.
To ensure complete confidentiality, whistleblowers can reach out through the following communication channels:
https://www.atarax.de/de/startseite/leistungen/hinweisgeberportal
The link will redirect you to the whistleblower portal of Atarax. The forwarding will not be traced. On the portal you have the possibility to report your tip-offs anonymously, too.
At the whistleblower's request, it is also possible to make an appointment through these channels for a confidential face-to-face meeting, within a reasonable period of time.
